Sometimes being a heavy drinker is beneficial but of course, our beverage of choice must be plain water. Our body is composed of sixty to seventy percent water, and so it is important that we constantly drink a lot of water in order to replace our body's water supply. The liquid inside our body is able to transport oxygen to various cells as well as remove waste products and protect or cushion our organs and joints. And thus, we really need to drink plenty of water.

 

Inadequate water will eventually lead to dehydration, and take note that mild dehydration will drain our body's energy and thus, will make us feel tired. Once again, we clearly need to drink water.

 

Drinking water can help you lose weight. Soft drinks are very different from water. For beginners, soft drinks are full of calories as well as chemical. They do not contain essential nutrients, all they have are additives such as flavoring, artificial sweeteners or sugars, preservatives, and so forth. On the other hand, a couple of people are not so excited with the idea of choosing water as a drink. They do not love its taste, or maybe they don't like the fact that it is tasteless most of the time. Some of them consider water as a boring drink. And so, it is time to spice up the water a little bit, and drink herbal teas every so often. Teas can be sweetened, however, they are natural and does not contain calories.

 

The bottom line is that, water is considered as the safest and healthiest drink ever. So be a heavy drinker of water!
